Dr. Mukesh C. Saraiya specializes in Pulmonology, Critical Care Medicine and
Sleep Disorders, and also offers a program for  smoking cessation. Dr. Saraiya is trained in all aspects of interventional bronchoscopy, which is a test to view the airways and diagnose lung disease, and may also be used during the treatment of some lung conditions. Review our medical services.

Appointments

Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (closed from 11:30-1:00 for lunch). Sometimes delays occur due to emergencies; if we know your appointment will be affected, we will try to notify you. We also ask that you give us 24 hours notice before canceling or rescheduling your appointments whenever possible.

The doctor is always on call for emergencies after regular office hours, holidays and weekends, and can be reached by calling (940) 381-0971. You will be instructed on how to get a message to the on call nurse.

Initial Visit

On your initial visit, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow ample time to complete our new patient registration forms. Or, for your convenience you may download, print, and complete these forms at home.

What To Bring to Your Appointment

• Your Insurance Card, and a form of personal ID such as a driver’s license.

• Bring any recent X-rays and CT scans (actual film, and reports).

• A list of current prescriptions or over-the-counter medications you are taking.

• Physician referral forms if required by insurance.

• Any information about past surgical and medical histories.

Payment Policy

We accept most major insurance plans and are a Medicare provider. Although we provide insurance billing, any amount not covered by insurance will be your sole responsibility to pay. Therefore, we request payment on day of appointment for services not covered by your insurance plan. Your insurance company may also require a co-payment at the time of your scheduled appointment. We accept MasterCard and Visa, as well as personal checks.
